Description:
Brady B-136 is a metallized polyester film with a matte inkjet printable topcoat and a permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive.
Brady B-136 is used primarily as an identification label or rating plate material. Variable information can be added using inkjet printers. Hewlett Packard's 600 Series or newer black inks are recommended for use with this product.
Brady B-136 has good smudge, solvent, and water resistance along with good temperature performance.

The following testing is performed with the B-136 printed with Hewlett Packard's 600 Series ink. All samples allowed to dwell 24 hours prior to testing. Samples were tested on flat aluminum panels.

PERFORMANCE PROPERTY
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
Samples were printed with HP 600 Series inks, laminated to flat aluminum panels, and dwelled 24 hours prior to test. Testing consisted of 5 cycles of 10 minute immersions in the specified chemicals followed by 30 minute recovery periods. After the final immersion the flat samples were rubbed with cotton swabs. Testing was conducted at room temperature.

Product testing, customer feedback, and history of similar products, support a customer
performance expectation of at least

for this product as long as this product is stored in its original packaging in an environment
below 80 degrees F and 60% RH
. We are confident that our product will perform well beyond this time frame. However, it remains the responsibility of the user to assess the risk of using such product.
